Everything below is handled by our own teams in Shenzhen — from the logo on the bag to the carton it ships in. Minimum quantities and terms are stated as they are: no hidden conditions, no "starting from" prices.
Logo printing and branding
Your logo or company name can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other methods. Points you need to know before you send artwork:
- Minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo, or it depends on the product range.
- Send artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF or AI format.
- Custom printed packaging (gift box, paper card) has a minimum order of 5,000 units per model; artwork in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format at 300 dpi.
Logo design and artwork service
Before you spend money on promotional items, make sure you love your logo. If you don't have artwork, it's not a problem: sketch it out or send us a file describing what you're looking for, and our designers can create new artwork or re-create your existing artwork in a printable format. We will do simple typesetting of your name and message at no charge, and our graphic artists will develop new concepts with 2 revisions for USD 200 with any purchase. Our designers make sure every order looks its best.
Packaging and fulfillment
Whether you are mailing 50 holiday gifts or 5,000 promotional items, we can provide fulfillment services to meet your needs — special packaging and inserts, gift cards, shipping method and schedule, executed to your specification. Want a brochure in the pocket of the item you're sending? Tell us exactly how you want each package to look when it is received. Our specialists will help you develop a fulfillment plan that suits your needs and your budget, with quick turnaround, the flexibility to ship via your carrier of choice, and competitive pricing.
Samples
We supply free samples if the total value is under USD 5 and you have a DHL or UPS account (or another freight-collectable account) and agree to pay the courier freight. If the samples are worth more than USD 5, we ask you to pay for the samples and the freight, and we ship after receiving payment. Courier freight depends on quantity, weight, carton size and your area.
Rush service
Custom printed products have to be manufactured, and that takes time — it is not as simple as taking a product off a shelf and shipping it. If you are on a tight deadline, contact us immediately: we offer all kinds of items that can be imprinted and delivered as far as your request requires.
After sales service
Our after sales department assists and guides clients and manages all warranties, including:

China sourcing and custom merchandise
We are a wholesaler and distributor based in Shenzhen, China, exporting all kinds of goods worldwide. All of our products are made in China. The transportation way depends on the client's choice; freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way and destination country. Our usual payment term is wire transfer (T/T), and we also accept Western Union (for urgent and critical orders), L/C for bulk orders depending on order status, and all major credit cards and PayPal (for VIP clients — new clients depend on order status).
Quality guarantee
Warranty is 6 to 12 months depending on the product, and we accept free replacement for unqualified products during the warranted period.
