We supply free samples if the total value is under USD 5, provided you have a DHL or UPS account — or another courier freight-collectable account — and agree to pay the courier freight.

If the total value of the samples is more than USD 5, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and the courier freight; we will send the samples after receiving your payment. If you don't have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect the samples from our company, or send us the sample charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size, and on your area.

It depends on the products, so please contact us to confirm. Usually we do not accept less than USD 1,000 worth of order (many models summed together).

Yes. Logos and imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other methods. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo, or it depends on the product range. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF or AI format.

If you want your logo or company name printed on the package — a custom designed package such as a gift box or paper card — the minimum order is 5,000 units per model. Send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format at 300 dpi. If you don't have artwork, our designers can create it for you: see Services.

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax, or ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following:

• Shipping information — company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (courier, air or ocean container)
• Product information — model numbers, quantity, unit price
• Delivery time required
• Freight payment — collect or prepaid
• Forwarder's contact details, if you have one in China or Hong Kong

Our usual payment term is wire transfer (T/T). We also accept:

• Western Union payment (for urgent and critical orders)
• L/C payment for bulk orders (depending on the order status)
• All major credit cards and PayPal (for VIP clients; new clients depend on the order status)

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

For a small quantity or a weight under 20 kg, we usually send by courier. For orders from 20 to 500 kg, we can send by air to the airport nearest you. For a large quantity or volume, we usually ship by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on your choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way and the destination country (airport or sea port).

6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products during the warranted period.

If you can sell our products to the value of USD 5,000 to USD 20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area.
